Chiara Lens Return & Exchange Policy

At Chiara Lens, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return or exchange your purchase, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Countries & Eligibility

Chiara Lens accepts returns and exchanges for customers in the following countries:

  • France
  • United Kingdom
  • Italy

Return & Exchange Conditions

We offer returns for both defective and non-defective products, with the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Window for Return: You must initiate the return or exchange within 4 days of receiving your product.
  • Defective Products: Returns or exchanges are accepted if the lenses are found to be defective. We strongly recommend inspecting the lenses immediately after receiving your order, and before using them.

Note: We advise you to consult with your Eye Care Specialist before ordering contact lenses online to ensure you choose the right color and parameters.


Return Process

  1. For Defective Products:
    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service via email or through your website account within 4 days of receiving your product.
    • If you have already opened the lens blisters, place the lenses in a contact lens case filled with solution and return all components, including the opened blisters.
    • Send back the complete shipment package, including the box, blisters, and lens case, to the Chiara Lens store.
  2. For Non-Defective Products:
    • Non-defective items are accepted for return, but they must be in new, unused condition.
    • Contact customer service within 4 days of receipt for further instructions.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

  • For defective lenses, the exchange will be for the same model and color only.
  • For non-defective products, we can assist with exchanging them for a different color or model as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.

Shipping & Return Label

  • Return Method: Returns must be made by mail.
  • Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the shipping charges when returning defective or non-defective products.
    We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
    Please note that Chiara Lens is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Inspection of Returned Lenses

Upon receiving your returned lenses, our team will inspect them for protein deposits and signs of use. If the lenses are found to have been used, we will not be able to issue a replacement or refund.


Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refund Processing Time: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 4 days.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returns.

Examination of Returned Lenses

We will examine the lenses for protein deposits to make sure they have not been used. If the lenses are found to have been used, then replacement or refund is not allowed.
